Clean surfaces are a basic requirement for the usability of components. At the 6th Filmic Contamination Conference from November 8 to 9, the program includes 24 presentations on high-purity processes

A new requirement profile for production processes has developed in recent years under the heading of "cleanability". The focus here is on indirect contamination in the nano and atomic range, which are summarized under the keyword "high purity processes." You can experience these and many other topics at the 6th Filmic Contamination Conference, from 8 to 9 November 2023 in Bad Gögging. The most innovative cleaning processes, ensuring clean packaging and logistics routes as well as current analysis and measurement methods will be presented and explained in 24 practical presentations.

On both days, the conference will offer exciting insights into the handling of filmic contamination in the classic production processes of coating, bonding and component processing. On the first day of the conference, analysis and cleaning techniques of the new high purity processes will be presented extensively in application examples. Participants include acp systems AG, Borer Chemie AG, Carl Zeiss SMT GmbH, clean-Lasersysteme GmbH, Delo Klebstoffe GmbH & Co. KG, Fraunhofer IPA, Hydac International GmbH, LPW Reinigungstechnik GmbH, Schaltbau GmbH, SITA Messtechnik GmbH, OHB System AG, TE Connectivity Germany GmbH, Witzenmann GmbH, VACOM Vakuum Komponenten & Messtechnik GmbH and Zestron Europe.
