Chemetall received an award as part of the Airbus Supply Chain & Quality Improvement Program (SQIP). As part of the SQIP program, Airbus reviews the results of its suppliers on an annual basis. If the quality standards are not met, the supplier is downgraded or rejected. The recognition shows that Chemetall has met expectations in 2024.
Sealants and corrosion protection
Chemetall has been supplying Airbus with aircraft sealants (Naftoseal) and corrosion protection solutions (Ardrox), among other things, for many years. These products meet the requirements of the international aviation industry and are used in production as well as in maintenance and repair.
Awarded for the tenth time in a row
Chemetall receives the SQIP Award for the tenth time in a row. The award ceremony took place at the Airbus headquarters in Toulouse.
