The specialty chemicals group Altana has a new Chairman of the Supervisory Board. Prof. Dr. Frank Richter was elected to the position. The industrial engineer and Managing Director of SKion GmbH has been a member of the Group's Supervisory Board since May 2020. He succeeds Dr. Matthias L. Wolfgruber, the former Chairman of the Management Board of Altana AG. He had been a member of the Supervisory Board since March 2016 and had chaired the Board since May 2020.
New member of the Supervisory Board
Ruud Joosten, who has been CEO of the Royal BAM Group since 2020, was newly elected to the Supervisory Board. Ulrich Gajewiak and Dr. Susanne Klatten remain Deputy Chairwomen of the Supervisory Board.
