From September 2025, the exhaust gas purification systems for the semiconductor industry previously offered under Centrotherm Clean Solutions will be integrated into the Pfeiffer portfolio. Within the Busch Group, Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions is the brand for high and ultra-high vacuum. It offers solutions for demanding applications in the fields of research and development, analytics, industry and semiconductors.
Product portfolio merged
Commenting on the planned merger of the product portfolio under the Pfeiffer Vacuum+Fab Solutions brand, Sami Busch, co-owner and co-CEO of the Busch Group, says: "We will be able to serve the semiconductor industry and related sectors even better with high-quality complete solutions - not only for vacuum generation, but also for related critical applications such as leak detection or contamination management."
Solutions for the semiconductor market
Busch acquired Centrotherm Clean Solutions in 2023 and integrated its industry-leading expertise in exhaust gas purification into its portfolio. The products, which will now be integrated into the Pfeiffer brand, are mainly used in the semiconductor industry, but also in the production of MEMS, LEDs, solar cells and flat screens, for example. The range includes standardized exhaust gas purification systems as well as customer-specific individual systems and complete environmental technology solutions.
