The jury committee for the Cleaning Excellence Center (CEC) Training Award announced this year's winner today. After careful consideration of the applications submitted, the two companies Caramba Chemie GmbH & Co KG and KEK GmbH took first place and were nominated as the winners of the CEC Training Award 2024. The two winning companies impressed the jury in particular with their multi-layered promotion of both the professional and personal skills of their trainees. Both companies stood out by integrating additional programs such as mentoring and tutoring opportunities with colleagues from their own company. They also offer their trainees additional leisure and activity programs outside of the training process to increase company loyalty.
Progressive teaching methods and promotion of young talent
The CEC Training Award recognizes companies related to technical cleanliness that stand out through modern training programs, new teaching methods and additional support for young talent. The award is a recognition for companies related to technical cleanliness that make a sustainable contribution to the development of skilled workers in Germany with their training programs.
