Since joining the company, Dr. Battenberg has worked as Executive Assistant to the Management Board and as Global Vice President Performance Chemicals. Dr. Battenberg, who holds a doctorate in polymer chemistry, has international experience in research, development and business development. He has helped shape the direction of the product portfolio and places particular emphasis on technological innovations and future market requirements.
