With Daisy Wheel Mobil, Axalta Refinish offers companies the opportunity to test the fully automatic Daisy Wheel mixing system in their own operations. Emil Frey Schwabengarage in Stuttgart was the first company to make use of this opportunity - and was delighted.
The basecoat for application with Daisy Wheel 3.0 is supplied in prefilled, ready-to-use bottles. The waterborne paints come from Axalta's refinish brands Cromax, Spies Hecker and Standox. Color mixing is fully automatic and, thanks to the extremely high metering accuracy (max. +/- 0.05 g), precise, clean and economical. Axalta's cloud-based digital color management enables bodyshops and refinishers to implement the color matching process digitally and wirelessly. Both technologies combined optimize color matching and reduce process times by more than 50 percent.
