In many systems, the solvent condition is still checked manually. Maxicheck Connect replaces these spot checks with standardized measurement routines: Integrated sensor technology independently records acid content, alkalinity and acid absorption capacity in both perchloroethylene and modified alcohols. The results are evaluated automatically; in the event of critical deviations, the system generates warning messages in real time. This means that consistent, comparable measured values are available without operator influence and in less time.
Data log, trends and predictive maintenance
All measurement series are digitally logged and stored in an audit-proof manner. This facilitates audits and compliance checks, enables trend analyses and supports predictive maintenance. On the basis of continuous data acquisition, process windows can be managed more closely, media changes can be better planned and root cause analyses can be accelerated - particularly relevant for high-purity applications in semiconductors, optics, medical technology and precision engineering.
Networking and service package
As a networked system, Maxicheck Connect connects to an IoT cloud. In addition to automated measurement, users receive weekly status reports; support and maintenance are part of a monthly service package that also includes the required analytical liquids. The solution is TÜV-certified and the underlying technology is patented.
Maxicheck Connect took third place in the Fit2clean Award 2025 of the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT). The device also won the German Design Award 2026 in the "Excellent Product Design - Industry" category.
