Erma Concept develops and manufactures automated painting and drying systems which are in use all over the world. The systems are assembled in the company's own workshops to be commissioned on site at the customer's premises. The Erma Standard series includes conveyor systems and cabin modules for small to large production runs. Depending on the design, the systems can achieve outputs of up to 12,000 parts per hour.
Specialized solutions for glass and plastic
With the Erma Glass series, the company offers machines for painting glass products, for example for cosmetics, perfumery, beverage, and tableware manufacturers. The Erma Plast series is designed for decorating plastic parts, including for the cosmetics and automotive supply industries.
Development, testing, and training from a single source
Erma Lab also supports customers with feasibility studies, tests under real production conditions, and the fine-tuning of tools. With Erma Painting University, the company also offers a practice-oriented training program that imparts application knowledge and aims to increase process quality in industrial painting.
