The insolvency administrator of the Eisenmann Group, Joachim Exner, has completed the investor process for the group of companies. Exner has now succeeded in selling Eisenmann's international subsidiaries and business units to strategic investors. This has enabled around 1,000 jobs to be retained at Eisenmann's American, Asian, Spanish and Italian sites.
The largest foreign company in the international investor process was "Eisenmann do Brasil" with all three Brazilian subsidiaries and one Argentinian subsidiary. Here, a total of over 400 employees were taken over by investors. The Eisenmann Group had filed for insolvency in 2019. Then the Corona crisis and the construction of new paint shops came to a virtual standstill.
