The dealer will legally operate as part of the Atlas Copco subsidiary KDS Kompressoren- und Druckluftservice GmbH. Atlas Copco will integrate the acquired business activities into the Service Division of the Compression Technology Group Area.

With the takeover, the dealer will offer compressors and accessories from Atlas Copco for refurbishments and new installations in the future. Existing framework agreements with customers and suppliers will be rewritten. Existing customers will continue to receive the usual service, such as maintenance and installation.
Compressed air generation and treatment in the portfolio
In the past financial year, Druckluft-Technik-Nord GmbH generated sales of around 5 million euros with 18 employees. The distributor offers a wide range of products and services for compressed air generation and treatment, including pipeline installations. Vacuum systems are also part of the portfolio.
