To accompany this, the company has further expanded its expertise in the virtual factory. This allows a wide range of processes to be automated for which there was previously no off-the-shelf solution.
Full-service concept
The trade fair presentation will also focus on the new service portfolio, which covers all phases of the system's life after commissioning. At the heart of this concept is a service catalog that provides an overview of the range of services. The offer is comprehensive and ranges from technical support to system maintenance, Profinet or light barrier measurements and a three-stage service model. New features include a service base for the north and a 24/7 ticket system.
Tangible sustainability
In a workshop, trade fair visitors can test the company's products themselves in terms of their modularity, sustainability and ease of maintenance. This also requires skill in handling Allen keys and ratchets. Another focus of the trade fair presentation is the cooperation ASIS maintains with partner companies.
