The spin-off of B.A.T. Better Adhesive Tracking UG is intended to give the strategically important business areas of both companies the greatest possible scope for development without compromising synergies. As Adhesives Solutions e.K. will remain responsible for the project business and the automation of sealing and bonding processes. B.A.T. UG will take care of the development and sales of LoRa and NBiOT sensor applications and will further develop and distribute the KlebeDoku APP. Managing director of both companies is Marco Rodriguez.
The new company will thus focus on products for the increasing demand for digitization solutions that support the quality assurance of bonding processes. "The combination of sensors, cloud and the Klebedoku APP is an important step for the holistic control of complex bonding processes," says Marco Rodriguez.
