At the K 2025 trade fair, Arburg presented the Allrounder Trend for the first time - a completely newly developed electric machine series for standard injection molding applications. The Lossburg-based company is thus adding a more cost-effective, easy-to-operate performance level to its existing high-end portfolio. The machines are designed for quick set-up, easy maintenance and high energy efficiency.
Focus on user-friendliness and efficiency
The Allrounder Trend features new all-electric drive technology, an energy-efficient clamping unit, a dynamic injection unit and the Gestica lite control variant. This offers a clear user interface with a dashboard and assisted workflows, making it easier for less experienced users to get started. Thanks to the large mold area and clearly structured interfaces, the machines can be set up and converted quickly.
Maintenance and digitalization at a glance
The Allrounder Trend is designed for easy maintenance. All relevant points are accessible without special tools. The integrated MaintenanceAssist supports maintenance with video tutorials. The machines are also prepared for digital networking via the Arburg host computer system ALS or the arburgXworld customer portal. The series can be fully integrated into automation solutions and combined with all Arburg robot systems, such as the Multilift Select 4. Additional functions and interfaces can also be added at a later date.
Market launch and target groups
Four sizes with clamping forces between 500 and 2,000 kN are available at market launch. In future, the models will have a new naming logic - such as "Allrounder 1000 e Trend" for the 1,000 kN version. Some of the machines are produced locally for Asian markets. The machines are designed for standard processes in technical injection molding and electronics production.
