The industry meeting was opened by host Christian Buske, founder and CEO of Plasmatreat GmbH. The keynote came from Sebastian Wolf, COO of PowerCO SE, and gave an insight into gigafactories in battery cell production. Highlights of the second day of the event included a live link to Daniel Berger, Partner EAC International Consulting, who offered an exciting look at China as a market leader in electromobility.
In addition to expert presentations and panel discussions, visitors had the opportunity to gather information and exchange ideas at market stalls. For example, Porsche Consulting presented its competitive analysis of battery machine manufacturing in Europe/North America, Bosch Rexroth joined forces with the VDMA to provide information on battery recycling, and the Technical University of Berlin demonstrated possibilities for module production. On guided tours of the Plasmatreat plant, visitors were able to learn more about the fields of application of plasma technology in the battery process chain.
