Wheel blast cleaning technology is also frequently used in the processing of fasteners. Agtos, a supplier of shot blast machines, will be exhibiting its barrel blast machines for the first time at the Fastener Fair in Stuttgart (March 21-23, Hall 5, Booth 2910). Visitors to the fair will thus be able to find out about the technology directly on site and about what details make a really good surface. The focus of the trade show presentation will be on energy efficiency, cost-effectiveness and safe production.
The team at the booth will be demonstrating solutions for the surface finishing of bolted joints of various sizes using the example of drum and troughed belt shot blast machines. The machines are filled in batches with automatic feeders. The combination of several machines offers the possibility to build up a continuous production. Additional machines can be easily integrated to increase capacity. This allows non-productive times to be reduced and downtimes to be compensated for.
