Adventics GmbH and DECHEMA Ausstellungs-GmbH have agreed to a multi-year partnership for ACHEMA. At the heart of the framework agreement is the integration of Scan2Lead as a lead-tracking solution for exhibitors at the trade show. For ACHEMA 2027, which will take place June 14–18 in Frankfurt am Main, the system will be available for booking via the exhibitor portal for the first time.
With this agreement, the trade show is expanding its range of digital services for exhibiting companies. Scan2Lead is used to capture, qualify, and track visitor contacts at the exhibition booth. In addition, Scan2Lead Lead Automation provides a feature that automatically qualifies captured contacts and transfers them into existing sales processes. Integration with exhibitors’ existing systems, such as a CRM, is also planned.
Digital Follow-Up on Trade Show Contacts
For exhibitors, the solution is primarily intended to facilitate the structured follow-up of conversations and contacts. Dr. Björn Mathes, Managing Director of DECHEMA Ausstellungs-GmbH, describes the benefits as follows: “Scan2Lead complements ACHEMA’s offerings exactly where exhibitors expect the greatest added value: in the rapid capture and follow-up of customer contacts.”
Adventics also views the agreement as a strategically important step. Managing Director Gunnar Heinrich says: “The fact that Scan2Lead will be a permanent part of the offering for exhibitors in the future is a great vote of confidence.” For the provider, the partnership marks its entry into one of the leading trade shows for the life sciences and process industries.
ACHEMA with International Reach
ACHEMA is one of the major international platforms for chemical and pharmaceutical engineering, process engineering, biotechnology, and industrial environmental technology. At the last event in 2024, 2,842 exhibitors from 56 countries and 106,001 attendees from 141 countries came to Frankfurt am Main. International exhibitors accounted for 63 percent of the total.
Against this backdrop, the digitization of trade show processes takes on added importance. The new agreement is intended to provide both partners with planning certainty across multiple event cycles and to offer exhibitors a permanently available tool for digital lead capture.
