With the quattroClean snow blasting technology, acp systems AG presents a dry, residue-free and efficient solution for cleaning plastic components prior to painting or coating at PaintExpo in Hall 3. It uses climate-neutral carbon dioxide and compressed air as cleaning media and removes particulate as well as filmic contaminants in a process-safe manner. The good cleaning effect is based on the special design of the wear-free two-substance ring nozzle.
Compared to conventional wet-chemical cleaning, the investment and operating costs as well as the space requirements are lower with quattroClean snow jet technology. Since neither water, cleaning chemicals nor drying is required, cleaning is resource-saving, energy-efficient and sustainable. The systems, which are based on standard modules, can be designed for manual, semi-automated and fully automated cleaning.
