Wireless communication systems offer enormous opportunities for flexible, scalable networking tailored to the specific needs of industry. At Hannover Messe 2023, the partners VDMA, ZVEI and Deutsche Messe will therefore jointly present the "Industrial Wireless Arena + 5G Networks & Applications" to show how it's done. "In the coming years, wireless communication systems will be among the most important building blocks on the road to the digital transformation of industry," says Dr. Reinhard Heister, Managing Director of the VDMA Wireless Communications for Machines Working Group.
Use cases will be used to show which technical innovations already exist in the field of wireless technologies, which techniques can be applied, and which will have to be developed for the future in perspective. Through the networks of 5G-ACIA and AG WCM, different people, companies, research and knowledge levels will come together in one place to share their experiences to date and their visions for the future.
