Convertible from external to internal charging: New high-rotation atomizers allow the processing of water- or solvent-based paints and open up new fields of application.
In the area of wet paint coating, Wagner carries equipment that is equally suitable for water- and solvent-based paints. They are now available in a modified form. The devices in the Topfinish RobotBell 1 ECH series emit high voltage via the electrode ring, ionizing the ambient air. As a result, the sprayed material becomes charged. The grounded workpiece is thus electrostatically coated. External charging significantly reduces system costs for waterborne coating applications. If a particularly high coating quality is required, external charging of the coating material is the method of choice.
