In mass finishing processes, the workpieces and abrasive media are continuously rinsed by an aqueous compound system. With a customized flocculation system from a medium-sized manufacturer, an OEM was able to reduce the use of chemicals by 30 percent, while at the same time significantly increasing the service life.
