Record speed and highest reproducibility for demanding individual parts
Small, closed cells in the Holzapfel Group's Fast Plating Center ensure more speed and high quality in the individual part coating of demanding parts.
Offering coating in a high-speed process was the background for the expansion of the production areas at the Holzapfel Group. Two new lines now handle the hard chrome plating of sensitive valves, and the coating is extremely uniform and highly reproducible. In addition to the new production areas for coating technology, however, the company also invested in complementary technologies, including cleaning equipment, a clean room, and laboratories with new analytical equipment.
