Rösler: Better surfaces with less effort

Increasing demands on surface quality combined with higher requirements for reproducibility, traceability and resource efficiency of the processes require customised processes. A solution is now available for electropolishing demanding metallic components.

Surface treatment faces many challenges. On the one hand, there are higher requirements for surface roughness and geometric accuracy of the component. At the same time, the process must fulfil economic and ecological criteria. In addition, reproducible and fully traceable processes are required. With conventional processes, these requirements cannot be met or can only be met to a limited extent.
