LPW Cleaning Systems: In the fast lane

A developer, manufacturer and supplier of high-end vacuum valves placed the follow-up order for further expansion in Asia just one year after installing a XXXL High Purity Grade 1 system for high-vacuum components in the semiconductor environment - and promptly raised the bar in terms of minimum requirements.

For more than fifteen years,VAT Vakuumventile AG, based in Haag, Switzerland, has been working with LPW systems for ultra-fine and ultrafine cleaning tasks. The Riederich-based plant manufacturer was also awarded the follow-up contract for equipping the new plant in Malaysia. Only one year before, a XXXL High Purity Grade 1 system for high-vacuum components in the semiconductor environment had been delivered to the old plant in Asia. It became apparent that even in this short time, the minimum requirements had increased further and development work had to be carried out. LPW supplied a custom-fit system concept for this task.
