Abstract

High-purity cleaning applications are now the order of the day for high-end components due to the sometimes extremely high requirements - up to now mainly wet-chemical cleaning. For some components, however, these have their limits, for example due to dimensions, pre-assembly or because only partial cleaning is required.

Highly clean surfaces are a prerequisite in numerous industrial sectors today, so that products can meet increasing demands for reliability and performance. This results in very demanding tasks for component cleaning.
