Vacom cleanFAB offers solutions for extremely high component cleanliness in industrial fine, ultra-fine and ultra-fine cleaning. On a cleanroom area of 2780 square meters, components are prepared in the process chain for use in the Ultra Clean Vacuum (UCV). To better standardize the cleanliness requirements of components and assemblies, a proprietary classification has been developed: the Vacom Purity Classes.
Customers benefit from the processability of a wide variety of materials and component geometries as well as a unique technology mix for optimal processes.
