Electronic demagnetizing solution for complex components from Bussi

The new devices open up additional applications for workpieces with complex geometries, already assembled components, large parts, for large quantities and in other demanding cases. Key features of the electronic long-pulse demagnetizers include adjustment and settings of electrical variables for an optimized demagnetization process as well as fully automatic and electronically monitored demagnetization and highest performance with optimized consumption. Other features include working time and temperature control, in-line adjustment and automation, remote control and troubleshooting, and data interfacing with I/O signals and/or Profinet via industrial Ethernet.
