At the Münster-based manufacturer of specialty chemical products, Weicon GmbH & Co. KG, the succession has been settled: The management team has been expanded at an early stage with Patrick Jennings. As the new Executive Management Assistant, Jennings is now part of Weicon's four-person management team. The expansion sets the course for the orientation and further development of the family-owned company.
In the future, Patrick Jennings will increasingly take over the responsibilities of managing partner Ralph Weidling and thus steer the global sales activities of the chemical company. The qualified industrial clerk has lived for around twenty years in China, Thailand, Madagascar and Dubai. In recent years, he gained experience in the expansion of sales networks and the development of sales strategies during assignments abroad in the USA, India and China. At the beginning of 2021, Jennings started at Weicon as Area Sales Manager.
