At PaintExpo 2024, Teknos will be presenting coating solutions that help to reduce energy consumption. One example of a new type of coating from the company is the polyurethane coating Teknodur Combi 3560, which is based on high-strength polyaspartic. It not only enables fast curing and high throughput rates, but is also characterized by low VOC emissions and very high durability.
Fast curing for increased productivity
The moisture-accelerated curing technology integrated into this coating is the core of the coating. Instead of energy and time consuming oven curing, Teknodur Combi 3560 coating can be efficiently cured by air circulation and humidity in a controlled environment. Switching from oven curing to moisture-accelerated curing with Teknodur 3560 saves energy and increases productivity.
