This combination ensures seamless interaction between pneumatic and electrostatic functions. This results in a responsive powder supply, instantaneous control of the powder cloud and high application efficiency.
Gun control cabinet becomes superfluous
Up to 36 OptiSpray All-in-One can be integrated directly into the OptiSpeeder of the OC10 to save space and make the usual gun control cabinet superfluous.
Equipped with ultrasonic sieve insert
The OC10 can be tailored to individual requirements with various equipment options, such as the US07 ultrasonic sieve insert. Customers can also choose between different internal fresh powder systems, including the standard cone, the cone with weighing device, the vibrating table for the powder box or the external fresh powder feed with the OptiFeed FPS series.
