Pero AG will be exhibiting the latest generation Pero R1 solvent cleaning system at the AMB 2022 metalworking trade show in Stuttgart. It can be used to reliably and productively remove contaminants from a wide range of components. It cleans up to 20 35 kg batches per hour and also features smart drying control and an intuitive operating concept. Among other things, this includes concrete help texts that make input simple and clear. Independent operation is thus possible after a short time.
The distillation quality in the steam generator of the Pero R1 is constantly monitored. In addition, a so-called automatic shift system ensures self-cleaning of the baths and the steam generator as well as drying of the filters. The Pero R1 can completely distill the steam generator in just 60 minutes.
