At the 5th Annual Powder Coating Forum in Wels from April 17 to 19, a rich spectrum of knowledge and practical experience was presented over three days, with a pre-workshop, conference day and concluding plant tour. The event was rounded off by a tastefully designed supporting program. After the pre-workshop "Powder coating compact & up to date" on Monday afternoon under the direction of Chris Herrmann from the Quality Committee Steel,GSB International e.V., the second day of the event was opened by Dr. Herrmann.
Then, divided into three thematic blocks, there were interesting presentations on the training and further education of specialists, on quality assurance and corrosion protection, and on optimizing the use of energy and resources in powder coating. The individual thematic blocks were followed by panel discussions, which were used for interesting and lively contributions and debates. Finally, on the third day, there were insights into the practical world of powder coating during the plant tour in Marchtrenk, when Collini Managing Director Engelbert Mairhuber guided the participants through production.
