At SPIE Photonics West in San Francisco, visitors can discuss standard specifications and customization with experienced engineers from Laser Components at booth 941 from January 31 to February 2. True to its motto "beyond borders," the company will showcase customized product innovations that offer the greatest possible freedom in meeting complex challenges.
The Laser Components Group is a manufacturer of LiDAR and other time-of-flight applications, producing both emitters and detectors. On display will be pulsed laser diodes (PLDs) from Canada and silicon avalanche photodiodes from Arizona. They feature shorter pulse durations, higher powers and more sensitive detectors. The high-efficiency PLDs presented at SPIE Photonics West are the result of continued investment in multi-junction technology with trenched-chip design.
