Junior Leadership bei Denios

The specialist for hazardous materials storage and occupational safety is developing the managers of tomorrow in a targeted manner with a junior management program. The program is now entering its second round.

The first cohort has already completed the Junior Leadership Program, or JuLePro for short. One of them is Gerhard Klassen: "To lead is to influence." Klassen went through the JuLePro seminars and coaching sessions last fall. After plenty of positive feedback from Klassen and other graduates, it was clear: The program is going into its 2nd round. The target group is employees who have just stepped into a leadership role or are about to do so. "What's special about the Junior Leadership Program is that it's a closed continuing education program tailored to Denios, developed by our HR team with the support of an external service provider."

"With a good mix of theory and practice, methodological knowledge, individual coaching and interdisciplinary teamwork, we have defined different building blocks that build on each other in a meaningful way," says HR developer Johanna Trettin. Personal development often involves a change of perspective, which is why all participants were invited to slip into the shoes of management for once. Two challenging team tasks were formulated - namely what the world at Denios could look like in 10 years and how Denios could be positioned to withstand crises.
