This "Digital Lifecycle Plating" involves setting up and maintaining a cross-company digital production file together with the customer. In this file, information about the complete lifecycle of the workpieces and all individual parameters can be documented down to the smallest detail and read out and analyzed as required.
This opens up transparent tracking of all quality-relevant parameters along the entire value chain - from the original product properties in the state of delivery, through the storage and transport conditions and the product statuses of the individual finishing steps, to the delivery and handover conditions. The customer and the galvanizer can access the data of the continuously managed digital production files for their own process optimization and quality assurance, among other things.
