IST Metz will focus even more strongly on the development of the LED business this year. The stronger focus on technological development is now also reflected in the reorganization of the management board. Christian-Marius Metz, grandson of the late company founder Gerhard Metz, has been a member of this since 2015. It is complemented by Tim Sterbak, who is responsible for sales and technology.
Sterbak has many years of experience in consulting and managing international companies. He was most recently portfolio manager at the listed investment company Aurelius. His goal is to drive forward the positive business development with new products and services. Particularly important to him are the clear positioning as a best-in-class supplier of light-curing products and sustainable growth through the acquisition of new market shares. Consistent customer orientation as well as trusting contact continue to have high priority. "We look forward to continuing IST METZ GmbH & Co. KG together," says Christian-Marius Metz.
