Marc Holz was division manager of the IFO laboratory for a long time and then responsible for expert services, research and development until he took over the management of the laboratory competence center of the IFO Institute for Surface Technology in 2016. Together with Michael Müller, co-founder and managing director of IFO, Holz has shared the management of the globally active testing institute for six years.
Above all, the further expansion of laboratory competence, both nationally and internationally, is currently an important project of the institute and a task to which Holz is committed. "In addition to the core market in Germany, the strong demand from our international customers is driving the development of our group of companies. It is an exciting and appealing task to shape and advance our unique network together with our employees," says Holz, looking ahead to the coming years.
