With the System+ modular system, the HS-Schoch Group offers all work steps of the production cycle from a single source. System+ guarantees perfect service for all production steps.For blasting work, the HS-Schoch Group has two roller conveyor blasting systems for a max. workpiece size of 3,000 x 1,200 x 400 mm. These prepare the workpiece for the further work steps, remove impurities or give the surface a matt finish, for example. The cycle system for KTL coating is suitable for piece sizes up to 700 kg and a max. workpiece size of 3,500 x 1,080 x 1,800 mm. In addition, a continuous line is available for a max. workpiece size of 1,500 x 1,200 x 400 mm. Cathodic dip coating gives the workpiece effective, durable and scratch-resistant corrosion protection that is resistant to stone chipping and salt water.
Finally, the high-quality powder coating from HS-Schoch brings color into play; RAL, HKS, NCS or house color shades are possible. Different surface structures such as smooth, textured, glossy or matte are also possible with a powder coating. The HS-Schoch Group owns an automatic powder plant with 8 horizontally running application guns for a max. workpiece size of 3,500 x 1,200 x 1,700 mm and a manual sliding track plant for up to 5 tons weight per workpiece for a max. workpiece size of 7,500 x 1,500 x 2,550 mm.
