The adphos aLITE energy source was developed specifically for 3D printing and other manufacturing applications. It offers a fast, environmentally friendly drying process.

The high-energy, photonic energy source aLITE energy source (advanced Light Initiated Thermal Emission) works in combination with an integrated adapted high-speed hot air injection, ventilation and moisture extraction. The instantaneous high energy and mass transfer enabled by underlying operating principles results in an extremely fast drying process (within fractions of a second) as well as a low environmental footprint.

aLITE can be flexibly adapted to the required process parameters and ensures precise control. DAs system for hot air drying is completelyCO2-free. Since there is no heat-up time and also no standby operation, productivity is increased as well as product capacity and process efficiency.
