In addition, the new design accelerates reaction times when feeding powder to the gun as well as delay-free control of the powder cloud and maximum application efficiency.

Reliable powder flow

Smart Inline Technology (SIT), PowerBoost technology and Precise Charge Control (PCC) from Gema are integrated into the device. This ensures powder flow even at higher production rates and faster feed speeds. The connections for powder, air and control can be disconnected quickly and wear parts can be replaced without tools.

Preventive maintenance function

A preventive maintenance function, which is supported by sensors and software algorithms, increases the availability and productivity of the system. Additional sensors in the control system detect the current status of the pump and provide timely information and warnings to facilitate proactive maintenance.
