CLOU is one of 17 projects in the competition "Shaping the future - innovations for excellent vocational training" with the participation of Fraunhofer FEP. Here, new educational offers for the chemical and pharmaceutical industry are developed, tested, evaluated and transferred. Nine participants invest a total of 420 hours on the job for one year in order to complete the new advanced training qualification at the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce. In the current evaluation phase of the CLOU project, the advanced training is free of charge, but requires an additional effort from the participants for evaluation interviews and acceptance for necessary corrections and the testing of different learning forms.
The basic module started with one attendance week each in Dresden in September and December. In the basic module, the theoretical fundamentals of industrial parts cleaning were taught in weekly online seminars and self-learning phases with the support of a learning management system. The in-depth module focuses on learning and consolidating skills for applying the basic knowledge to industrial tasks. After two weeks of practical training, the written examination at the Dresden Chamber of Industry and Commerce awaits the participants on June 1, 2023.
