FiT educates on the changing requirements for component cleaning

Theory and practice for the design and optimization of cleaning processes: The Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT) offers a basic seminar on "Quality Assurance in Component Cleaning" for employee qualification.

The tasks in component cleaning have partly changed considerably in recent years. An adaptation and optimization of the cleaning processes is required. The basic seminar "Quality Assurance in Component Cleaning" organized by the German Industrial Parts Cleaning Association (FiT) provides the relevant know-how. The two-day event for the qualification of employees in the field of component cleaning will be held at Heilbronn University on September 20 and 21, 2023.

In addition to the increasing demands for particulate and filmic component cleanliness, manufacturers must meet ever higher requirements for energy and resource efficiency in manufacturing processes. However, knowledge of cleaning technology is not taught in training or university courses. However, in order to ensure that the cleanliness requirements resulting from subsequent manufacturing processes, such as coating, bonding, welding or assembly, are stable, efficient and sustainable, optimally coordinated solutions for the cleaning process and its monitoring are required. FiT closes this knowledge gap with the basic seminar "Quality assurance in component cleaning".
