Parallel to the start of the Europe-wide campaign week, a healthy breakfast was prepared for the employees on day 1. Here, it was particularly important to the organizers that the products were produced sustainably and came from regional producers. Day 2 was dedicated to collecting waste. In Bad Oeynhausen alone, more than 100 kilos of wild garbage were collected. The next day, the team went to the Wiehengebirge to plant trees.
The campaign week was rounded off with a "Car-Free Monday," when carpools were encouraged to come to work by bus, train or bicycle. The final event was a "tap water day" - all colleagues were asked to do without plastic bottles and use tap water. At the end of the sustainability week, the organizers drew a thoroughly positive conclusion and are already planning for next year.
