In October, Dörken sent its three-part network series out into the world via online seminar. Experts from various industries gave presentations on the coating of small parts with internal force attacks. The aim was to convey that even these components with difficult geometries can be provided with a zinc flake coating in a series-production-safe manner. The speakers came from Dörken as well as from the screw manufacturing and plant engineering sectors.
A total of 63 people from Europe and the U.S. gathered digitally to view the presentations, including representatives from coating companies, screw manufacturers and automotive manufacturers. "We are very pleased that the series of events was so well received," said Tobias Kleyer, Team Lead at Dörken Coatings Academy and organizer of the events. "We are sure that we were able to show the decision-makers that zinc flake is also ideally suited for screws with internal force attacks."
