Denios was once again awarded the "Best Place to Learn" seal. The seal confirms that Denios continuously offers high-quality training and is constantly improving in this area.

The "Best Place to Learn" seal of approval recognizes companies that provide exemplary training. The award was created by the training portal AUBI-plus. A scientifically based online survey examined the training qualities of Denios, including the company training process, training content, professional learning and the competence of the training staff. Former and current Denios trainees and students took part in the survey, as well as trainers and training officers.

Training at a high level

"We are delighted that we continue to be a "Best Place to Learn" and that our training is seen at such a high level," says Lena Vollmer, HR Officer and Head of Training. "Our strong and positive development has continued over the past few years."

Attracting skilled workers at an early stage

"With our trainee strategy, we naturally also want to recruit our own junior staff at an early stage," says Helgard Meffert, Head of Human Resources. "That's why we offer a large number of apprenticeships and dual study programs as a solid foundation for a successful career."
