The Bodo Möller Chemie Group is continuing its growth course and integrating customer contacts from the sales network of longstanding Henkel partner Quitec. The San Sebastián-based company specializes in the distribution of specialty chemical products for industrial applications. Its portfolio includes industrial cleaning agents and products for paint pre-treatment. One focus is on marketing the Henkel brand Bonderite.
Part of the expansion strategy
The acquisition is part of the long-term expansion strategy. By expanding its activities in Spain, the company is underlining its role as a solution partner for specialty chemicals. "Northern Spain is an industrial growth market in which the acquisition brings us even closer to our customers. With Henkel and Bonderite, we will offer a convincing overall package of product quality and application expertise in the future," says Frank Haug, CEO of the Bodo Möller Chemie Group.
