"Peters Italia was our first foreign company foundation," recalls Peters Managing Director Ralf Schwartz. Since its foundation at the end of 2011, the Peters subsidiary has been operating successfully in the Italian as well as the Arabian market. Peters Italia has not only attracted the attention of the strong LED industry to Peters' casting resins and protective coatings, but has also brought Elpemer solder resist to manufacturers of printed circuit boards.
Within five years, 500 kilometers of LED strips in Italy have been protected against environmental influences with the potting compound from the Peters Research laboratory. LED Italy, for example, relies on the ELPECAST potting compounds "Made in Kempen". Managing Director Dr. Stefano Falletti and his team achieve annual sales increases in the double-digit range.
