At the world's leading trade fair for industrial coating technology, the company will be showcasing the latest developments and applications in the fields of liquid and powder coating. The trade fair presentation will be complemented by service offerings and digital solutions for process support.
Applications for liquid paint and enamel coating
In the field of wet paint, the focus will be on the Topfinish Bell 2 system, among other things. The new generation of high-speed atomizers will be presented in combination with the modular Wacon Spray control system. The aim of this further development is to simplify the handling of high-speed technology while achieving reproducible coating results.
In addition, Wagner will showcase the Activeflush rinsing process and industry-specific applications developed in collaboration with Walther Pilot. Another focus will be on solutions for enamel coating.
Powder coating with digital functions
In the field of powder coating, Wagner will present applications for manual and automated processes. These include Flowsense, an automatic powder quantity control system designed to ensure uniform material application and stable process conditions.
Further developments of the Sprint 2 handheld system, which is designed to support manual coating work, will also be on display. Wagner will also address the topic of enamel coating in the powder coating area.
Networked processes and live demonstrations
Another focus of the trade fair presentation will be on digital solutions. These include the Coatify IoT platform, which can be used to monitor the process status of coating systems. Various applications will be presented at the trade fair stand as part of live demonstrations.
