In its latest annual report, the VOA provides an overview of its activities over the past twelve months. A key focus is on training courses for anodizers, coaters, and those interested in the industry. Through seminars, training courses, and workshops, the association supports skilled workers in keeping up with technological developments and ensuring quality standards in the long term.
As the general licensee of the QUALANOD and QUALICOAT quality marks and of QUALISTRIP for paint stripping, the VOA also strengthens the international recognition of aluminum surface finishing.
Representing interests at national and European level
The association actively represents the interests of its member companies in political decision-making processes, both at the national level and through the European umbrella organization ESTAL. The VOA receives support from, among others, the umbrella organizations vbw – Vereinigung der Bayerischen Wirtschaft e. V. (Bavarian Industry Association) – as well as the Bundesvereinigung der Deutschen Arbeitgeberverbände e.V. (BDA) (Confederation of German Employers' Associations) and the Bundesverband der Deutschen Industrie e. V. (BDI) (Federation of German Industries).
The 2025 general meeting in Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler underscored the importance of personal exchange within the industry. The annual report is now available for download on the VOA website.
