Blastman Robotics will present the 4th generation of its blast robots at Paint Expo. These include offline programming software developed specifically for blast robots, which feature automatic program generation from the 3D data of the component as well as a simulation tool for visual representation of the blasting process.
The latest control systems with intuitive operation also enable connection to the production control system and control of various Smart Blast Room functions. This allows the blast robots to be easily implemented even in existing plants and perform blast processing not only with higher quality and faster, but also cheaper and safer.
